Amit Arora is a managing director in Evercore’s technology advisory group based in Menlo Park.

Since joining Evercore, Mr. Arora has advised leading technology companies and financial sponsors across consumer tech, software and digital media sectors. Notable transactions include Dell on its merger between Class V and Class C shares resulting in a public relisting of Dell; HTC on it business cooperation agreement with Google; Simpli.fi on its significant stake sale to Blackstone; FLASH on its strategic Series C investment led by Vista; Skyryse on its Series B funding led by Fidelity & Monashee; Thycotic on its sale to TPG/Centrify; Checkmarx on its sale to Hellman & Friedman; and Uhana on its sale to VMware.

Previously, Mr. Arora was an associate at Goldman Sachs in the TMT investment banking division based in New York and London

Mr. Arora attended Indian Institute of Technology (ITI), Kanpur, in India.
