Amit Arora

Amit Arora is a managing director in Evercore’s Technology advisory group based in Menlo Park, focused on the software sector. He has more than 15 years of experience advising companies and financial sponsors across the infrastructure and application software sectors.

Notable transactions at Evercore include Dell’s Class V/C share merger and public relisting; sale of HTC’s XR/AR and Smartphone assets to Google; sale of Goldcast to Cvent; sale of Thycotic to TPG/Centrify; sale of Checkmarx to H&F; sale of Deepintent to Vitruvian; LiveRamp’s acquisition of Habu; Vista’s acquisition of Quickbase; Flash’s Series C led by Vista; sale of Cadent to Novacap; majority sale of Simpli.fi to Blackstone; Skyryse’s Series B ($200M) and Series C ($300M).

Previously, Mr. Arora was an associate at Goldman Sachs in the TMT investment banking division based in New York and London.
