Allen Shalam

Allen Shalam is a managing director focused on business services in Evercore’s strategic advisory practice. He advises founders, private equity sponsors and public companies on mergers and acquisitions and other strategic transactions, including divestitures and capital raising.

Previously, Mr. Shalam spent more than a decade in J.P. Morgan’s investment banking division, where he was a senior member of the firm’s business services coverage team. His experience spans the commercial & industrial, infrastructure, engineering and TICC services sectors and includes advising on sell-side transactions such as the sales of Rimkus to HGGC, Soliant (Olympus) to Vistria, and Valcourt to Littlejohn, as well as public company advisory assignments including the IPO of UL Solutions and spinoff of Everus from MDU.

Mr. Shalam holds a B.S. in finance and management from New York University’s Stern School of Business.
