Alexis Moshang is a managing director in the firm’s strategic advisory business. She focuses on clients in the real estate sector, including real estate investment trusts (REITs), financial sponsors, real estate operating companies and real estate tech companies.

Ms. Moshang has advised on a wide range of advisory and capital markets transactions across the real estate and hospitality sectors. Notable deals include advising Ashford Hospitality Trust on its strategic financing from Oaktree Capital Management, Landmark Dividend on its sale to DigitalBridge, and (buy-side) Apollo Global Management on its acquisitions of Diamond Resorts International and ClubCorp.

Prior to joining Evercore, Ms. Moshang was a director in the real estate group at RBC Capital Markets.

Ms. Moshang graduated magna cum laude from the University of Pennsylvania with a B.A. in economics.
