Alexis Masson

Alexis Masson is a managing director in Evercore’s strategic advisory practice. He is based in Paris and focuses on advising corporates across a wide range of sectors.

Previously, Mr. Masson spent 15 years at Rothschild & Co’s global advisory team and in Morgan Stanley’s investment banking division in Paris. He advised on a variety of complex, large-scale M&A and capital markets transactions, most of which were cross-border.

Mr. Masson holds a master’s in finance and strategy and a bachelor’s from Sciences Po Paris. He also holds a Licence in Fundamental and Experimental Sciences from UPMC (Paris VI).
