Alex Randi

Alex Randi is a managing director in Evercore’s strategic advisory practice, focusing on minority stake, control and other strategic transactions involving alternative asset management firms.

Mr. Randi has advised such firms as Linden Capital Partners, Nautic Partners, Oak Hill Capital, PAI Partners, Sixth Street, Stonepeak, T. Rowe Price and The Vistria Group.

Prior to joining Evercore, Mr. Randi worked as a consultant at Duff & Phelps, focusing on financial services firms.

Mr. Randi is a member of the Associates Council of Prep for Prep.

He received a B.A. in political science from Gettysburg College, an MBA from the University of Pennsylvania’s Wharton School and a J.D. from the University of Pennsylvania Law School.
