Alex Longden
Alex Longden is a managing director in Evercore’s Private Capital Advisory group.
He has over a decade of experience in the secondary and M&A advisory markets. Since joining Evercore, he has advised financial sponsors and general partners on strategic transactions, including continuation/acquisition funds, single asset deals, strip sales and other liquidity solutions. He also has experience advising pension funds, insurance companies, asset managers, family offices and other limited partners on secondary sales of fund portfolios.
Prior to joining Evercore in 2018, Mr. Longden spent nearly seven years in M&A advisory at Lazard and Credit Suisse, focused on healthcare and TMT.
Mr. Longden graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in German and business studies from the University of Warwick. He is fluent in English, Dutch and German.
