Alex Lee

Alex Lee is a managing director in the European debt advisory practice with a specialization in leveraged and acquisition financings.

Mr. Lee has advised financial sponsors, corporates, sovereign wealth funds and family offices on a range of marquee transactions, including Digital Bridge’s acquisition of Deutsche Funktrum, Energy Capital Partners’ take-private of Biffa, Boliden’s acquisition of mines at Neves-Corvo and Zinkgruvan, The Fidelis Partnership’s spinout, Antin Infrastructure Partners’ acquisition of Pulsant, and EQT’s leveraged buyout of Apleona.

Prior to joining Evercore, Mr. Lee worked at RBC, Deutsche Bank and CIBC, where he focused on cross-border and leveraged financings.

He holds a Bachelor of Commerce with Distinction from the University of Alberta, qualified as a chartered accountant with PwC and is a chartered financial analyst. He serves on the board of directors for the Canadian Centennial Scholarship Fund.
