Alex Foster
Alex Foster is a senior managing director in the firm’s strategic advisory business focused on the technology, information services and media sectors.
Mr. Foster has over 15 years of investment banking experience and has advised on over $50 billion of M&A and capital raising transactions for his clients. Select recent transaction experience includes advising Reorg on its sale to Permira, Green Street on its sale to TA Associates, CoreLogic on its sale to Stone Point and Insight Partners, and Clarivate on its acquisition of CPA Global.
Prior to joining Evercore, Mr. Foster was an associate at Barclays Capital and an analyst at Lehman Brothers; he earned a B.B.A. from George Washington University.
