Alex Bilger
Alex Bilger is a managing director in Evercore’s strategic advisory business, focusing on minority stake, control and other strategic transactions involving alternative asset management firms.
Notable transactions include advising GTCR on its minority sale to Blackstone, H.I.G. Capital on its minority sale to Dyal, Motive Partners on its strategic partnership with Apollo Global Management, Nordic Capital on its minority sale to Ottawa Avenue Capital, and Leonard Green & Partners on its minority sale to Blackstone.
Prior to joining Evercore, he worked in film development and production at Atlas Entertainment.
He graduated magna cum laude from the University of Pennsylvania with a B.A. in English and earned an MBA with honors from Wharton.
