Adriana Diez

Adriana Diez is a managing director in Evercore’s Equity Capital Markets practice. She leads origination of public equity transactions in real estate and helps lead consumer & retail.

At Evercore, she has advised on initial public offerings, follow-on offerings, pre-IPO capital raising, and other equity advisory offerings across sectors.

Mrs. Diez has worked on more than 100 book-run equity transactions, raising over $70 billion for clients who include Fermi America, Lineage Logistics, MGM Growth Properties, and Community Healthcare Trust in real estate; and Oddity Tech, Amer Sports, Birkenstock, and The Vita Coco Co. in consumer & retail.

Prior to joining Evercore in 2016, Mrs. Diez worked in equity capital markets at Piper Jaffray, where she focused on consumer & retail and industrial technology.

She earned a B.S. in management from Boston College Carroll School of Management. She is also an Enterprise Club member and New York chapter leader at the American Enterprise Institute.
