Micki Haber

Micki Haber is a managing director and the chief operating officer of Evercore’s Private Capital Advisory (PCA) group. His role spans operations, business management and strategic initiatives across PCA’s platform, working closely with senior leadership to drive growth and deliver on strategic priorities.

Prior to his current role, Mr. Haber served as PCA’s internal counsel, advising on legal, regulatory and transactional matters in support of deal execution and continued development.

Before joining Evercore in 2022, Mr. Haber was a corporate attorney in the investment funds practice at Kirkland & Ellis, where he advised financial sponsors on fundraising and strategic transactions. He began his career at Nixon Peabody, focusing on mergers and acquisitions and private equity transactions.

Mr. Haber graduated magna cum laude from CUNY Brooklyn College with a B.S. in accounting and earned his J.D., cum laude, from Brooklyn Law School.
