Eric Lang

Eric Lang is a managing director in Evercore’s Equity Capital Markets practice. He is based in New York and focuses on clients in the industrials, industrial technology and defense technology sectors.

Mr. Lang has led more than 70 book-run equity transactions, raising over $50B for clients. Recently led deals include lead left bookrunner on GE’s selldown of GE Healthcare; active bookrunner on Karman’s IPO and first follow-on; lead left bookrunner on AZZ’s follow-on; active bookrunner on Mirion’s follow-on and convertible; active bookrunner on four follow-ons for Gates Industrial; and active bookrunner on ESAB’s follow-on.

Prior to joining Evercore, Mr. Lang worked in the equity capital markets team at Citi advising technology companies.

He graduated with a B.S. in finance from Rutgers University.
