Ashish Varshneya is a senior managing director in Evercore’s strategic advisory practice focused on healthcare technology.  Mr. Varshneya has nearly two decades of healthcare technology experience.

Recent transactions include Bain Capital on its strategic investment in HealthEdge and the subsequent merger of HealthEdge and HealthProof; mPulse on its acquisition of Clarity; DentalXchange on its sale to KKR; Nordic Capital’s acquisition of Arcadia; MRO’s acquisition of Q-Centrix; Cotiviti’s acquisition of edifecs; Omega Healthcare on its investment from Ontario Teachers’ Pension Plan; KKR on its recapitalization of Cotiviti; HealthTrio on its sale to mPulse; Hallmark Health Care Solutions on its growth investment from Summit Partners; Propio on its growth investment from Leonard Green & Partners; TPG on its acquisition of Nextech; and Payer Compass on its sale to Zelis.

Previously, he served as a managing director at TripleTree, where he advised clients serving the payer, provider and employer markets. Before that, he served as a director of healthcare investment banking at Citigroup and worked in corporate development at The TriZetto Group (acquired by Cognizant).

Mr. Varshneya earned a B.Tech. in electronics engineering from the National Institute of Technology, India, and an MBA from the University of Rochester.
