Harpreet Singh

Harpreet Singh is a managing director in Evercore’s strategic advisory practice based in London.

Mr. Singh has over 13 years of investment banking experience and joined Evercore in 2025 after spending 12 years at Goldman Sachs and one year at Robey Warshaw. His primary focus has been advising clients on large M&A and equity transactions in the consumer retail sector globally. Select transaction experience includes Swedish Match’s public sale to Philip Morris; multiple transactions with Nestle, including acquisition of Bountiful and sale of U.S. confectionery; P&G’s RMT sale of beauty brands to Coty and sale of Duracell to Berkshire Hathaway; Haleon’s demerger from GSK; and JDE Peet’s IPO.

Mr. Singh is a computer science engineer and holds an MBA in finance from Delhi University.
