Daniel Zumbuehl

Daniel Zumbuehl is a managing director in Evercore’s strategic advisory business in London.

Mr. Zumbuehl has almost 20 years of experience advising on large and complex M&A and capital market transactions across a broad range of industries. His transaction experience includes advising SABMiller on the takeover by ABInbev, Softbank on its acquisition of ARM, LSEG on its acquisition of Refinitiv and on its defence against HKEX, Cadbury on the takeover by Kraft, Vodafone on its partnership with KKR and GIP regarding Vantage Towers and on its  sale of Vodafone Spain, and Reckitt on several acquisitions and disposals.

Mr. Zumbuehl joined Evercore in 2025 from Robey Warshaw where he was an associate partner. Previously, he was a vice president in Morgan Stanley’s consumer team.

He holds a Master of Science in Banking and Finance from the University of St. Gallen in Switzerland.
