Brendan Arniel

Brendan Arniel is a managing director in Evercore’s strategic advisory practice specializing in healthcare technology and services.

Mr. Arniel has over 10 years of investment banking experience advising healthcare companies on mergers & acquisitions and financial sponsors on investing in healthcare technology. Notable engagements include advising DentalXChange on its recapitalization with KKR; Nordic Capital on its acquisition of Arcadia; Cotiviti on its acquisition of Edifecs; MDaudit on its growth investment from Bregal Sagemount; Harmony Healthcare IT on its sale to Novacap; Hallmark Health Care Solutions on its sale to Summit Partners; and Bain Capital on its acquisition of PartsSource.

Prior to joining Evercore, Mr. Arniel was a director at TripleTree.

He earned a B.S. in biology with a minor in psychology from Ohio State University and an MBA from the University of Manitoba’s Asper School of Business.
