Mike Bynarowicz

Mike Bynarowicz is a managing director in Evercore’s Private Capital Advisory group.

Mr. Bynarowicz is responsible for originating and advising institutional investors globally on the execution of strategic sales and structured liquidity alternatives. He works with leading public and private pensions, investment consultants, university endowments, foundations, insurance companies, financial institutions, family offices and other owners of private financial assets.

Prior to joining Evercore, Mr. Bynarowicz was a principal at Triago, where he spent three years in the secondary advisory group. He began his career as investment analyst at Cambridge Associates, where he advised institutional investors on portfolio management.

Mr. Bynarowicz graduated cum laude with a B.A. in economics from Colgate University.
