Joseph Ng

Joseph Ng is a managing director in the firm’s strategic advisory practice. Based in Hong Kong, he focuses on Asia cross-border activities and is experienced in both private and public deals, especially those involving HK- and U.S.-listed companies.

Prior to Evercore, Mr. Ng was the head of M&A and capital financing at ICBC International and a joint-head of M&A (Asia-Pacific) at Rabobank.

Mr. Ng received an MBA from Alliance Manchester Business School and a bachelor’s in natural sciences from the University of Cambridge.
