Arjun Perumalpillai

Arjun Perumalpillai is a managing director in the firm’s strategic advisory practice, focusing on the information services, GRC (governance, risk & compliance) and media sectors.

Select transaction experience includes advising Kpler on its strategic growth investment from Sixth Street; Signal AI on its majority investment from Battery Ventures; Triple Private Equity on the acquisition of SmartSearch; Hg Capital on selling its minority stake in Argus Media to General Atlantic; GfK CP on its acquisition by YouGov; Tag on its sale to Dentsu; London Stock Exchange Group (LSEG) on its acquisition of Quantile; and Refinitiv on its acquisition of GIACT and its sale to LSEG.

Mr. Perumalpillai joined Evercore as a graduate analyst in 2013 and has worked in the firm’s London and New York offices across U.K. M&A, fintech, information services, GRC and media.

He sits on the Fan Advisory Board at Chelsea Football Club and is a graduate of New College, University of Oxford.
