Cillin Horgan
Cillin Horgan is a senior managing director in Evercore’s Utilities, Infrastructure and Transport strategic advisory team.
Notable transactions include advising OTPPB on the sale of its European airport portfolio; the sale of Maritime Group to MSC; J.P. Morgan Asset Management’s acquisitions of Beacon Rail, Mitsui Rail Capital Europe and Eversholt Rail Group; KKR Infrastructure and John Laing on the acquisition of the Irish Infrastructure Fund assets from AMP; Macquarie Asset Management on the acquisitions of LMI and Roadchef; John Laing on the take-private by KKR Infrastructure; I Squared Capital on the acquisitions of a stake in Rubis Terminal and TEPSA; and Alinda Capital Partners on the sale of a stake in Heathrow.
Prior to joining Evercore, Mr. Horgan was a member of UBS’ infrastructure & transport team, where assignments included advising Her Majesty’s government on the sale of the U.K.’s 40% stake in Eurostar to CDPQ and Hermes Infrastructure.
Mr. Horgan holds a first-class honours bachelor’s degree in commerce from University College Cork, and an M.Sc. in Law and Accounting from the London School of Economics and Political Science.
