Olivier Christnacht

Olivier Christnacht is a senior managing director in Evercore’s strategic advisory practice. He has over 20 years of corporate finance experience in the technology sector.

Notable assignments include advising Kyriba on the reinvestment of Bridgepoint alongside General Atlantic; Rimes on the sale to Five Arrows; Adenza on its sale to Nasdaq; HPS on the acquisition of CR2; PAIR Finance on its sale to Pollen Street Capital; Marlin on its sale of a minority stake in Medius to Advent; NortonLifeLock on its combination with Avast; Calypso Technology on its sale to Thoma Bravo; Planet on its investment from Advent International; Network International on its cornerstone investment from Mastercard and acquisition of DPO Group; Nexi on its IPO; and PayPal on its acquisition of iZettle.

Prior to joining Evercore, Mr. Christnacht was a vice president at Lazard, spending 10 years in the firm’s technology investment banking business in both the New York and London offices.

Mr. Christnacht holds a master’s degree in corporate finance from ESCP-EAP in Paris.
