Alex Bilger

Alex Bilger is a managing director in Evercore’s strategic advisory practice. He focuses on advising alternative asset management firms on minority stake, control and other strategic transactions.

Notable transactions include advising Peppertree Capital Management on its sale to TPG, GTCR on its minority sale to Blackstone, H.I.G. Capital on its minority sale to Dyal, Motive Partners on its strategic partnership with Apollo Global Management, Lead Edge Capital on its minority sale to Bonaccord Capital Partners, and Leonard Green & Partners on its minority sale to Blackstone.

Prior to joining Evercore, he worked in film development and production at Atlas Entertainment.

He graduated magna cum laude from the University of Pennsylvania with a B.A. in English and earned an MBA with honors from Wharton.
