Jarrett Vitulli

Jarrett Vitulli is the global co-head of Evercore’s Real Estate Strategic Advisory group and a senior managing director.

With a global team based in the United States, Europe and Asia, Mr. Vitulli is responsible for originating and executing a broad range of real estate advisory mandates including capital raising, GP-led transactions, asset sales, GP M&A and public market transactions. Mr. Vitulli has represented a range of private equity sponsors and operating platforms in addition to a range of limited partners including public pensions, university endowments, family offices and sovereign wealth funds.

Prior to joining Evercore in 2015, Mr. Vitulli was a managing director at UBS, where he established the secondary market practice and worked on a broad range of transactions involving private equity and real estate asset classes.

He earned his bachelor’s at the College of New Jersey and an MBA from the University of Michigan, receiving the highest distinction upon graduation.
