Randi Brown is a senior managing director and global co-head of the Human Capital Group.

Ms. Brown joined Evercore in 2012 and previously served as head of recruiting and training and senior human capital business partner for U.S. Investment Banking. Prior to joining Evercore, she worked at Morgan Stanley and Citi in several leadership roles in campus recruiting.

She earned a B.A. in economics from New York University.
