Bryce McNaul
Bryce McNaul is a managing director in the firm’s strategic advisory practice with a focus on the distribution, building products and industrial sectors.
Mr. McNaul has extensive experience advising on strategic M&A, transaction structuring, capital allocation, debt and equity issuances, activism defense and investor engagement. Notable assignments include the merger of Advent- and Bain-backed Imperial Dade with Warburg Pincus- and Kelso-backed BradyPLUS; the acquisition of Veritiv by CD&R; the sale of Masonite to Owens Corning; the sale of Pactiv Evergreen to Apollo-backed Novolex; the separation of GE into three independent companies—GE Aerospace, GE HealthCare and GE Vernova; FedEx’s spinoff of FedEx Freight; the rescue financing of Carnival Corp.; and the sale of Charter Next Generation to KKR.
Prior to Evercore, Mr. McNaul was a vice president in the global industrials group at Goldman Sachs.
Mr. McNaul holds a B.A. in economics from Northwestern University and an MBA from New York University’s Stern School of Business. He is a CFA charter holder.
