Thibaut Castaings

Thibaut Castaings is a managing director in Evercore’s Private Capital Advisory group, focused on data and analytics.

Prior to joining Evercore, Mr. Castaings was a senior director and head of data at Tishman Speyer, where he led the firm’s investment intelligence function. Previously, he was a principal in data science at Boston Consulting Group, executing data science and AI business transformation across industries in New York, Hong Kong and Paris.

Mr. Castaings has extensive experience in data science, machine learning and artificial intelligence applied to investment and investment-adjacent topics. Earlier in his career, he authored research on machine learning and aerospace applications.

He earned an engineer’s degree from Grenoble INP and a doctorate in signal processing from Université Grenoble Alpes. Mr. Castaings is also a member of the governing body of Gartner’s New York Chief Data & Analytics Officer Community. He is fluent in English and French.
