John Pissanos

John Pissanos is a senior managing director in Evercore’s healthcare strategic advisory practice focused on life science tools & diagnostics and medtech.

Prior to joining Evercore, he spent nearly 15 years at J.P. Morgan, where he advised clients extensively across these sectors.

Notable transactions include advising Evosep on its sale to Nordic Capital; KKR on its acquisition of Biotage; Exponent on its sale of BBI Solutions to Novo Holdings; KKR on its sale of LGC to Cinven/Astorg/ADIA; GN Stor Nord on the sale of its hearing business to Amplifon; Kerecis on its sale to Coloplast; KaVo Dental on its sale to Planmeca; and Platinum Equity on its acquisition of Sunrise Medical.

Mr. Pissanos earned an MBA from London Business School, an M.Sc. from the University of Reading, and a B.S. from the Georgia Institute of Technology.
