Private Capital Advisory

Evercore's Private Capital Advisory ("PCA") team advises owners and managers of private asset portfolios seeking liquidity through the secondary market.

Launched in September 2013, the PCA team is located in New York and London. Today, it comprises 15 dedicated professionals who have nearly 45 years of experience working together under the leadership of Nigel Dawn and Nicolas Lanel.

The PCA team members have experience advising on a significant number of transactions involving a broad range of structures and underlying asset types. PCA typically provides advice encompassing pricing analysis, recommendations on process, structuring alternatives, and contract negotiation through the transfer and closing.

The team is part of the broader Evercore corporate advisory division and can therefore leverage the sector expertise of best in class M&A teams. PCA also works in tandem with Evercore's Private Funds Group, which is comprised of over 20 dedicated professionals focused on providing global fundraising advisory and distribution services to general partners worldwide.
