James Byrnes

Jim Byrnes is a Managing Director responsible for Sales Trading and Trading Execution.
Mr Byrnes comes to Evercore Partners after 7 years at Thomas Weisel Partners where he was a Managing Director and Head of NY Sales Trading. Mr Byrnes began his trading career in 1985 at Lehman Brothers and has subsequently held senior positions at Salomon Smith Barney, Citigroup, Hambrecht and Quist, and J.P.Morgan.
Mr. Byrnes has a Bachelors degree from the University of Richmond.
