Senior Managing Director and Head of Human Resources
Liz Lynch is a Senior Managing Director and the firm’s Head of Human Resources.
Prior to joining Evercore, Liz had her own consulting business providing advice on HR, organizational, and strategic issues to several financial services firms, including two bulge bracket investment banks, an independent advisory firm and a global hedge fund. Prior to this consulting period, Liz spent 22 years at Morgan Stanley where she was Global Chief Operating Officer for the Equity Research business from 2000-2006, Global Head of Human Resources from 1995 to 2000 and an Investment Banker from 1984 to 1995.
Liz has a BA from Wesleyan University where she currently chairs a committee as a member of the Wesleyan Alumni Board and an MBA from The Darden School at the University of Virginia where she also chairs a committee as a member of the Darden Alumni Board.
