Paul Deninger

Senior Managing Director

Paul Deninger is a Senior Managing Director of the Firm's advisory business.

Mr. Deninger joined Evercore in 2011 to help lead an expansion of the firm's Technology practice. He has over 25 years of advisory experience and has completed over 150 technology and cleantech transactions in his career. Mr. Deninger was most recently a Vice Chairman at Jefferies & Co., where he led the Technology Group's entry into the IPO market, working on such deals as the highly successful Qlik Technology IPO. Over the course of his career, he has completed transactions with such technology leaders as Adobe, BMC, CA, Hitachi, IBM, Intel, Microsoft, Nuance, Oracle, and Siemens. He joined Jefferies by way of its 2003 acquisition of Broadview International, the technology investment banking boutique. Mr. Deninger joined Broadview in 1987 and became the firm's CEO in 1996. He remained Chairman and CEO of the firm until it's sale to Jefferies.

Mr. Deninger serves on the Board of Directors of Iron Mountain, Inc. (NYSE:IRM). He also serves on the boards of the Boston Symphony Orchestra and the Match School.

Mr. Deninger received an MBA from Harvard Business School and a BS from Boston College
