John Venezia
Managing Director
John Venezia is a Managing Director in the firm’s corporate advisory business.
Prior to joining Evercore, Mr. Venezia was a senior member of the M&A Group at Bear Stearns where he focused on financial institutions and the securities industry. From 1997 to 2000, Mr. Venezia worked on cross border M&A transactions at Schroder &Co. Mr. Venezia began his career at Lehman Brothers where he held a number of positions in both strategic advisory as well as capital markets roles.
Mr. Venezia recently advised Levi Strauss &Co., Hallmark Cards and TAMKO Building Products on strategic assignments. He holds a B.A. in computer science from Dartmouth College.
