Peter Seibold
Managing Director
Peter Seibold is a Managing Director in the firm’s corporate advisory business. Prior to joining Evercore, Mr. Seibold was a Managing Director at Hadley Partners, where he was responsible for their metals and mining banking practice. Before working at Hadley Partners, Mr. Seibold spent twenty years at Goldman Sachs, working in various capacities in banking and capital markets, notably in the natural resources and industrials sectors. In this capacity, he has raised capital and executed strategic and financial advisory assignments for many important companies in these sectors including Murray Energy, Cliffs Natural Resources, Massey Energy, CONSOL Energy, International Coal Group, TRW, Cendant and Ford Motor Company. Mr. Seibold graduated from the University of Chicago with a B.A. in Economics and the University of Chicago Graduate School of Business with an M.B.A.
