Justin Steil

Managing Director

Justin Steil is a Managing Director of the firm's investment activities and private equity business.

Prior to joining Evercore in 2004, Mr. Steil worked in the investment banking division of Merrill Lynch & Co., where he was involved with merger & acquisition and financing transactions within the firm's Global Industries and Communications group.

Since joining Evercore, Mr. Steil has been involved with investments in Bollinger, Inc., Diagnostic Imaging Group, LLC, Frenkel & Company and Mr. Bult's, Inc., and with portfolio companies Telenet Group Holding, NV, Specialty Products & Insulation Co., Continental Energy Services and Trinity Power Limited.

Mr. Steil serves on the Board of Directors of Bollinger, Inc., Diagnostic Imaging Group, LLC and Mr. Bult's, Inc. Mr. Steil earned a B.B.A. with High Distinction from the Stephen M. Ross School of Business at the University of Michigan, earned a M.A. in Economics from New York University and studied public policy at New York University's Wagner School.
