Intern, Analyst and Associate Overview
Intern, Analyst and Associate positions are designed to provide individuals with a broad range of experiences. Responsibilities vary by business and may include projects in acquisitions, restructurings, recapitalizations, divestitures, partnerships, joint ventures, private equity, research, and sales and trading activities. As part of an Evercore team, you will participate in financial modeling and quantitative analysis, valuation issues, industry analysis and markets research, due diligence, as well as preparation for and attendance at client meetings.Ideal Candidates
